Service Description

Eyebrow Shading (also known as powder or ombré brows) creates a soft, filled-in look by depositing pigment in fine dots that mimic the effect of eyebrow makeup. Perfect for clients who want defined, fuller brows with a natural-to-bold finish — results last 1–3 years depending on skin type and aftercare. Ideal for: • Clients who prefer a softer, makeup-like look • Oily or mature skin (holds pigment better than microblading) • Anyone wanting low-maintenance daily brows Includes consultation, shape design, pigment matching, and one complimentary touch-up (4–6 weeks later). ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT TO EXPECT Brow mapping first — we design shape based on your bone structure, not a trend. Topical numbing, then pigment is deposited in soft, gradient pixels using a machine. Front stays lighter, tail deepens — like a well-applied pencil that doesn't wash off. 2–2.5 hours. Touch-up at 6 weeks is included. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PREPARATION & AFTERCARE Before: No retinol, tinting, waxing, or forehead Botox for 2 weeks pre. Skip fish oil, alcohol, and caffeine for 24 hours. No makeup on brows the day of. After: Keep brows dry for 7 days — no sweat, steam, wash water, or skincare on the area. Apply the sealing ointment lightly as directed. Expect dark day 1, scabbing and flaking days 5–10, then a patchy ghost stage before full color returns at week 6. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ FREQUENTLY ASKED Q: Is shading better than microblading? A: For oily skin, yes — strokes blur, pixels hold. For dry skin, it's a preference call, not a better/worse. Q: Will it look drawn-on? A: No, when the gradient is built correctly. The front stays soft; the depth lives in the arch and tail. Q: Does it hurt? A: Numbing covers most of it. Most clients report 3/10. Q: How long does it last? A: 1–3 years. Touch-ups every 12–18 months keep it sharp. Q: Can I combine this with microblading? A: Yes — that's combo brows. Strokes for the front, shading for the body and tail. Q: When can I wear makeup over them? A: After day 10, once fully healed. Q: Will they look too dark at first? A: Yes. Initial color is 40–50% bolder than the healed result. Don't judge until week 6.
