Signature Massage
60 minutes of fully customized bodywork — your reset button.
Service Description
A 60-minute signature massage customized by your therapist to address your body's priority needs — whether that's deep-tissue release, tension relief, stress reset, or overall relaxation. Each session blends Swedish flow, trigger-point work, and gentle stretching to restore circulation, ease muscle tightness, and reset the nervous system. Ideal for: • Desk workers with neck, shoulder, and back tension • Athletes and anyone with chronic tightness • Stress, burnout, and poor sleep • A mid-treatment reset between facials or injectables Tailored pressure — communicate with your therapist and every aspect of the massage will be adjusted to your preference. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT TO EXPECT 60 minutes on the table in a warm, dim treatment room. Your therapist will do a 2–3 minute check-in about tension areas and pressure preference, then move through a full-body flow — back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands, legs, feet. Warm towels, quality oils, and gentle stretching throughout. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PREPARATION & AFTERCARE Before: • Eat lightly 1–2 hours before (not immediately before) • Hydrate well in the morning • Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in After: • Drink 2L water over the next 24 hours to flush released toxins • Avoid alcohol and heavy meals that evening • Light stretching is encouraged; skip intense exercise • If pressure was deeper, expect mild soreness for 24 hours — a warm Epsom bath helps ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ FREQUENTLY ASKED Q: How do I choose pressure? A: Just tell your therapist at the start — light, medium, firm, or deep. We can adjust mid-session; there's no wrong answer. Q: Should I tip my therapist? A: Tipping is appreciated but not required. 15–20% is standard. Q: Is it safe during pregnancy? A: Not this particular massage, but we offer pregnancy-safe massage options. Please inform us at booking. Q: How often should I come? A: For stress/tension: every 2–4 weeks. For recovery/athletics: weekly during training. Q: I'm shy about undressing — what should I know? A: You undress to your comfort level. You'll be fully draped at all times — only the area being worked on is uncovered.
