Xeomin® (incobotulinumtoxinA) is a neuromodulator, which works by temporarily blocking the release of acetylcholine, the neurotransmitter that triggers muscle contraction. This results in targeted muscle relaxation that can improve muscle function and refine body contouring.
 Specific muscle groups to achieve functional and cosmetic benefits, such as: 1.Shoulder and trapezius slimming – to reduce muscle bulk and create a more elongated neckline. 2.Calf contouring – to soften bulky calf muscles and achieve a slimmer leg profile. 3.Hyperhidrosis management – treating excessive sweating in areas such as underarms. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT TO EXPECT Consultation first — we'll map the area to treat (traps, calves, or underarms for hyperhidrosis) and discuss dose. Skin is cleansed and small injections are placed into the target muscle or sweat glands. 15–30 minutes of actual injection time. Total visit: 30–45 minutes. You walk out immediately — no downtime. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PREPARATION & AFTERCARE Before: Avoid blood thinners (aspirin, NSAIDs, fish oil, alcohol) for 48 hours if medically cleared. Come with clean skin on the treatment area. Eat before arriving. After: No intense workouts involving the treated muscle for 24 hours. No massage or heat on the area for 24 hours. Full effect lands at 2 weeks. For hyperhidrosis, dry effect starts around day 3–5 and peaks at week 2. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ FREQUENTLY ASKED Q: How is Xeomin different from Botox? A: Both are neuromodulators. Xeomin is a 'naked' toxin — no accessory proteins — which can mean less risk of resistance over time and slightly faster onset for some clients. Q: When will I see results? A: Muscle slimming (traps, calves): visible shape change over 4–8 weeks. Hyperhidrosis: noticeable reduction in sweating by day 5, full effect at week 2. Q: How long does it last? A: Trapezius and calf slimming: 4–6 months. Hyperhidrosis: 6–9 months, sometimes longer. Q: Does it hurt? A: Quick pinches. Most clients rate it 2–3/10. Underarms can be more sensitive — we can add numbing cream. Q: Will my muscles shrink permanently? A: No. Repeated treatments reduce bulk incrementally, but the muscle returns over time without re-treatment. Q: Can I work out after? A: Light activity same day is fine.
